My stay at Sen Viet Phu Quoc Resort was a mixed bag. The outdoor bathrooms and spacious rooms with daily cleaning were definitely highlights. However, the distance from the beach and lack of decent dining options left much to be desired.

I loved the spacious room featuring an open-air bathroom. It was clean each day which was a nice touch.
Service

The staff were friendly and helpful, but I felt they could have been more attentive, especially with breakfast.
Location

The resort is quite far from the beach, about 4 km away, which made it inconvenient for beach lovers.
Dining

Dining options were limited and the breakfast service ended too early, plus there wasn't much selection.

The pool was decent and the garden was nice, but the gym left a lot to be desired.

My stay at Sen Viet Phu Quoc Resort, Sport & Spa was a mix of pleasant experiences and some challenges. The friendly staff made me feel welcomed and the cleanliness of the resort was commendable. However, the proximity to the beach was disappointing, being a good 2 km away, and I had some issues with noise levels from the air conditioning in my room. 🏖️👍

The One-Bedroom Bungalow I stayed in was cozy and clean, but the air conditioning was quite noisy at times. Additionally, the bathroom being outside was a unique touch, but it may not be ideal for everyone.
Service

The staff at the resort were undoubtedly the highlight of my visit. They were attentive, friendly, and always eager to assist, especially Hu at the reception who was incredibly helpful. 😊
Location

The location of the resort wasn't ideal for immediate access to the beach, requiring a 2 km drive or motorbike rental. If you want to enjoy the lovely beaches, you have to travel a bit further.
Dining
7.0
The dining options were sufficient. Breakfast choices were decent with tasty Vietnamese staples, but the options were not very vegan or vegetarian-friendly. Some meals could be improved in quality.
Facilities

The pool area was okay but needed a few more sunbeds. The spa available on-site was a nice retreat for some relaxation after a busy day.

My stay at Sen Viet Phu Quoc Resort for 4 nights had its ups and downs. I enjoyed the spacious One-Bedroom Bungalow with comfortable beds, and the location was green and peaceful. However, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, and I faced issues with staff responsiveness, especially regarding my laundry. The breakfast options were often disappointing, and I experienced some disruptions during my stay due to early morning gardening work.

Rooms
5.4
The One-Bedroom Bungalow was spacious and featured outdoor bathrooms, which I found really cool. However, I noticed that the cleaning service was inadequate.
Service
5.8
Some staff were friendly and quick to assist with arrangements like motorcycle hire, but I encountered problems with laundry service and a lack of urgency in addressing my concerns.
Location
5.8
The resort is located in a beautiful, green area, but it's a bit far from the beaches and the town center, which limited my excursions.
Dining
5.4
Breakfast was quite underwhelming with limited options and subpar quality, especially compared to other places I've stayed at in Vietnam.
Facilities

The pool was nice and great for relaxation, but I was disappointed when it became unusable on my third day due to maintenance work early in the morning.

I stayed at Sen Viet Phu Quoc Resort for four nights and had a mixed experience. The bungalows were cozy and beautifully designed with an outdoor bathroom, and the staff was kind and helpful. However, the Wi-Fi was quite weak, and I faced some issues with laundry service. Overall, it was a nice stay, but some improvements could be made.

Rooms

The one-bedroom bungalow I stayed in was spacious and comfy, featuring a lovely outdoor bathroom that added a unique touch. However, the walls between the bungalows were thin, allowing me to hear my neighbors.
Service
5.0
While some staff members were friendly, I found the overall service to be somewhat lacking in professionalism. The staff's English skills were limited, which made communication challenging at times.
Location
6.0
The resort is in a quiet area, which I appreciated for relaxation, but it's not ideal if you want easy access to the beach or city center. You really need to rely on taxis or motorbikes to get around.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast was decent with a good selection including fresh fruits and tasty coffee, but dining options didn't impress me overall as they felt underwhelming when the resort was full.
Facilities
6.0
The resort had a nice pool area and offered bike rentals, making it easier to explore the island. However, the limitations in amenities and the lack of good Wi-Fi were notable downsides.

I had a pretty decent stay at Sen Viet Phu Quoc Resort. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, which made my experience nice. However, I did run into a few issues like the outdoor bathroom setup, which wasn't really my vibe, and some cleanliness matters with the room not being made up at times. Overall, it was a solid experience with some room for improvement.

Rooms
8.0
My bungalow was cozy and spacious, though I wasn't a fan of the outdoor bathroom. I appreciated that the staff changed my room for me, which was a huge plus.
Service
8.8
The staff were super friendly and always willing to help. Communication in English was a bit tricky, but they were overall very accommodating.
Location
7.0
The resort's location was fine if you're okay with renting a motorbike to explore the island, but it was a bit far from the main town area.
Dining
6.5
I found the food pretty pricey and the variety lacking, especially during quieter times. The breakfast was okay, but I didn’t enjoy the juice options.
Facilities
7.5
Facilities like the pool and spa were nice, but I found the pool's chlorine a bit strong. The sauna and massage services were reasonably priced, so that was a win.
